【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofsulfurinpetroleumproducts,includinglubricatingoilscontainingadditives,additiveconcentrates,andlubricatinggreasesthatcannotbeburnedcompletelyinawicklamp.Thetestmethodisapplicabletoanypetroleumproductsufficientlylowinvolatilitythatitcanbeweighedaccuratelyinanopensampleboatandcontainingatleast0.1%sulfur.Note18212;Thistestmethodisnotapplicabletosamplescontainingelementsthatgiveresidues,otherthanbariumsulfate,whichareinsolubleindilutehydrochloricacidandwouldinterfereintheprecipitationstep.Theseinterferingelementsincludeiron,aluminum,calcium,silicon,andleadwhicharesometimespresentingreases,lubeoiladditives,oradditiveoils.Otheracidinsolublematerialsthatinterferearesilica,molybdenumdisulfide,asbestos,mica,andsoforth.Thetestmethodisnotapplicabletousedoilscontainingwearmetals,andleadorsilicatesfromcontamination.SamplesthatareexcludedcanbeanalyzedbyTestMethodD1552.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.See3.2forspecificprecautionarydirectionsincorporatedinthetestmethod.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO965specifiesdeviationsandlimitsofsizesforpitchandcrestdiametersforISOgeneralpurposemetricexternalscrewthreadsconformingtoISO262havingabasicprofileaccordingtoISO68-1.ExternalscrewthreadsaccordingtothispartofISO965areintendedtomatewithinternalscrewthreadstappedwithtolerancepositionHorGafterhotdipgalvanizing.ThelimitsofsizesforthetolerancequalityspecifiedarederivedfromtolerancesspecifiedinISO965-1andthefundamentaldeviationsaccordingtothefollowingformula:esaz=-(300+20P)whereesisexpressedinmicrometres;Pisexpressedinmillimetres.ProductsmadewiththreadtolerancesinaccordancewiththispartofISO965mayshowfailureatlowerultimatetensileloadsthanthosespecifiedinISO898-1duetoreductionofthestressarea.ExternalscrewthreadswiththreadtolerancesaccordingtothispartofISO965mustnotbematedwithinternalscrewthreadswiththreadtolerancesaccordingtoISO965-5becausesuchcombinationswillcreatesevereriskforthreadstripping.NOTEIfthetoleranceclass6azisnotspecifiedtheexternalscrewthreadsaretomatewithinternalscrewthreadswithtoleranceposition6AZiftheproductsarecentrifugedandwithhot-dipgalvanizedinternalscrewthreadswithtoleranceposition6AXiftheproductsarenotcentrifuged.
