【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesaprocedurebywhichamanufacturercanidentifythehazardsassociatedwithmedicaldevicesandtheiraccessories,includinginvitrodiagnosticmedicaldevices,estimateandevaluatetherisks,controltheserisksandmonitortheeffectivenessofthecontrol.TherequirementsofthisInternationalStandardareapplicabletoallstagesofthelifecycleofamedicaldevice.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytoclinicaljudgementsrelatingtotheuseofamedicaldevice.Itdoesnotspecifyacceptablerisklevels.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotrequirethatthemanufacturerhasaformalqualitysysteminplace.However,riskmanagementcanbeanintegralpartofaqualitysystem(see,forexample,TableG.1).
