【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttothefollowingmachineryforgrindingandprocessingofflourandsemolina,asdefinedinClause3:rollermills,plansiftersandrotaryseparators,airclassifiers,rotatingmachinesandimpactmachines.Themachinesinthescopearestationary(notintendedtobemovedwheninoperation),haveacapacityofatleast100kg/h,andareintendedforuseininstallationsforgrainprocessing,suchasflourmills,semolinalills,graincleaningandflakingplants.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazardsduringcommissioning,operation,cleaningandmaintenanceofthemachinesinthescopewhentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforseeablebythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:-machinesintenedforhouseholduseorlaboratoryuse;-stonemills;-equipmentfordampeningandheating;-auxiliaryequipmentforconveying,weightingandbagging(withoutchangingthecharacteristicsoftheproducts).ThisEuropeanStandardisnotdealingwiththefollowing:-hazardsrelatedtodecommissioning;-thehazardsoftheinstallationsintowhichthemachinesareincorporatedotherthanthosedirectlyrelatedtothemachinedinthescope(e.g.startoftheinstallation,disconnectionofenergysupply,needfromanemergencystopdevice);-hazardsduetotheuseoftheuseofthemachineryinapotentiallyexplosiveatmosphere(whenproducingthisstandardithasbeenassumedthatthemachineryinthescope,ifdesignedandusedinaccordancewiththisEuropeanStandard,isnotcreatingitselfahazardousatmospherewhollyofpartlysurroundingit).NOTEIfthemachineisintendedforuseinapotentiallyexplosiveatmosphere,additionalsafetymeasurescanbenecessary.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachinesforgrindingandprocessingofflourandsemolinawhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.

【摘要】:Thesetestsareparticularlyusefulforqualitycontrolintheproductionofsyntheticrubbers.Percentgelisameasureoftheamountofinsolublerubberpresentinthechosensolvent.Gelmaybeintroducedintentionallyinsomerubbers.Variationsfromanormallevelindicatechangesinthepolymerizationsystem.Swellingindexisameasureofthetypeofgel.Gelwithalow-swellingindexisreferredtoasx201C;hardgelx201D;andusuallyindicatesthepresenceofmaterialthatdoesnotbreakdownreadilybymilling.Ahigh-swellingindexnormallyindicatesthepresenceofax201C;loosegelx201D;thatmaybebrokendowneasilybymilling.Inlow-gelorgel-freerubbers,theDSVcorrelatesdirectlywiththemolecularweight.Sincetheviscosityismeasuredonlyonthesolubleportionoftherubber,theuseofDSVtopredictmolecularweightinrubbershavinghighgelvaluesismeaningless.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthedilutesolutionviscosity(DSV),thegelcharacteristics,andtheswellingindexofrawnon-oil-extendedandnon-pigmentedSBRandNBR.1.2ThistestmethodmaybeusedtodeterminetheDSVandgelcharacteristicsofrubbersotherthanSBRandNBR,however,solventsotherthan2-butanoneandtoluenemayberequired.1.3Thistestmethodisnotintendedforthemeasurementofmicro-gel.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
