【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000forEMCemissionrequirementsappliestoelectricalandelectronicapparatusintendedforuseinresidential,commercialandlight-industrialenvironments.Emissionrequirementsinthefrequencyrange0Hzto400GHzarecovered.Nomeasurementneedstobeperformedatfrequencieswherenorequirementisspecified.ThisgenericEMCemissionstandardisapplicableifnorelevantdedicatedproductorproduct-familyEMCemissionstandardexists.Thisstandardappliestoapparatusintendedtobedirectlyconnectedtoalow-voltagepublicmainsnetworkorconnectedtoadedicatedDCsource,whichisintendedtointerfacebetweentheapparatusandthelow-voltagepublicmainsnetwork.Thisstandardappliesalsotoapparatuswhichisbatteryoperatedorispoweredbyanon-public,butnon-industrial,low-voltagepowerdistributionsystemifthisapparatusisintendedtobeusedinthelocationsdescribedbelow.Theenvironmentsencompassedbythisstandardareresidential,commercialandlight-industriallocations,bothindoorandoutdoor.Thefollowinglist,althoughnotcomprehensive,givesanindicationoflocationsthatareincluded:-residentialproperties,forexamplehouses,apartments;-retailoutlets,forexampleshops,supermarkets;-businesspremises,forexampleoffices,banks;-areasofpublicentertainment,forexamplecinemas,publicbars,dancehalls;-outdoorlocations,forexamplepetrolstations,carparks,amusementandsportscentres;-light-industriallocations,forexampleworkshops,laboratories,servicecentres.Locationsthatarecharacterisedbybeingsupplieddirectlyatlowvoltagefromthepublicmainsnetworkareconsideredtoberesidential,commercialorlight-industrial.Theobjectofthisstandardistodefinetheemissiontestrequirementsforapparatusdefinedinthescopeinrelationtocontinuousandtransient,conductedandradiateddisturbances.Theemissionrequirementshavebeenselectedsoastoensurethatdisturbancesgeneratedbyapparatusoperatingnormallyinresidential,commercialandlight-industriallocationsdonotexceedalevelwhichcouldpreventotherapparatusfromoperatingasintended.Faultconditionsofapparatusarenottakenintoaccount.Notalldisturbancephenomenahavebeenincludedfortestingpurposesinthisstandardbutonlythoseconsideredasrelevantfortheequipmentcoveredbythisstandard.Theserequirementsrepresentessentialelectromagneticcompatibilityemissionrequirements.
