【摘要】:ProvidesameanstomodelandcategorizerealworldgeographicphenomenaofinteresttotheFacilities,Infrastructure,andEnvironment(FIE)Domain(s)intoasetofgeographicdatathatcanberepresentedinaspatialdatabaseandpresentedtoauserindigitalform.ThisSDSFIEstandardisintendedtoprovidetheenterprisespatialdatabaseschematosupportmultipleFIEapplications.TheSDSFIEFeatureCatalogwasdesignedtosupport(butnotlimitedto)large-scale,i.e.,1:4800(1inch=400feet)to1:600(1inch=50feet),FIElifecyclemanagementapplicationsi.e.,architectural/engineering/construction(A/E/C)andFacilitiesManagement(FM)..ThefollowingareexamplesofsomeoftheFIEapplicationsthattheSDSFIEwasdesignedtosupport:AirfieldOperations,Communication&Navigation,Engineering,Environmental(Compliance,Restoration,PollutionPrevention),EnergyPlanning,FireProtection,FutureDevelopmentPlanning,LandUsePlans,TransportationSystem,andUtilitiesSystems.ThisNationalStandardisapplicabletothefederal,statecounty,andcityagencies,privatecompanies,andanyotherorganizationsthatperformA/E/CandFMfunctionsforfacilitiesandothertypesofinfrastructure(suchasroads,waterways,utilitysystems,etc,)and/orperformenvironmentalcompliance,restoration,and/orpollutionpreventionactivities.
