【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesrequirementsforthehuman-machineinterfaceinthemaincontrolroomsofnuclearpowerplants.Thestandardalsoestablishesrequirementsfortheselectionoffunctions,designconsiderationandorganizationofthehuman-machineinterfaceandprocedureswhichshallbeusedsystematicallytoverifyandvalidatethefunctionaldesign.Theserequirementsreflecttheapplicationofhumanfactorsengineeringprinciplesastheyapplytothehuman-machineinterfaceduringnormalandabnormalplantconditions.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverspecialpurposeornormallyunattendedcontrolpoints,suchasthoseprovidedforshutdownoperationsfromoutsidethemaincontrolroomorforradioactivewastehandling,oremergencyresponsefacilities.Detailedequipmentdesignisoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.Theprimarypurposeofthisstandardistoprovidefunctionaldesignrequirementstobeusedinthedesignofthemaincontrolroomofanuclearpowerplanttomeetoperationalandsafetyrequirements.Thisstandardalsoprovidesfunctionalinterfacerequirementswhichrelatetocontrolroomstaffing,operatingprocedures,andthetrainingprogrammeswhich,togetherwiththehuman-machineinterface,constitutethecontrolroomsystem.Thisstandardisintendedforapplicationtonewcontrolroomswhoseconceptualdesignisinitiatedafterthepublicationofthisstandard.Ifitisdesiredtoapplyittoanexistingcontrolroom,specialcautionmustbeexercisedsothatthedesignbasisiskeptconsistent.
