【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandarddescribesthedeterminationofNOGEcomponentswithmorethantwoaromaticrings(thetwo-ringNOGEisequaltoBFDGE=Bis(2-hydroxyphenyl)methanebis(2,3-epoxypropyl)ether)andatleastoneepoxygroupaswellastheirderivativescontainingchlorohydrinfunctionsandhavingamolecularmasslessthan1000Daltonsincancoatings.Ahighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)methodisemployedbasedonreversedphaseHPLCandfluorescencedetection.ThemethodiscapableofdeterminingNOGEanditsderivativesataminimumlevelof1μg/mlinsolution.DirectHPLCanalysisofthecancoatingextractmayresultinchromatogramsdifficulttointerpret,duetointerferencefromothercomponentsortheinstabilityofthemonomerresultinginacomplexmixtureofderivativesand/orreactionproducts.Byforcedhydrolysisofallepoxygroupsandtheirreactionproducts,thequantificationoftheNOGEissimplifiedandtheidentitiesofthesubstancesareindicativelyconfirmed.NOTEInthisEuropeanstandardtheterm“NOGEanditsderivatives”referstotherequirementsofDirective2002/16/EC[1]anditsamendment,Directive2004/13/EC[2].ThisincludesNOGEcomponentswithmorethantwoaromaticringsandatleastoneepoxygroupaswellastheirderivativescontainingchlorohydrinfunctionsandhavingamolecularmasslessthan1000Daltons.
