【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60079specifiestheconstructionandtestingofintrinsicallysafeapparatus,intendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheresandforassociatedapparatus,whichisintendedforconnectiontointrinsicallysafecircuitswhichentersuchatmospheres.ItalsocontainsdetailsofthetestapparatuspreviouslypublishedasIEC60079-3.1.2ThisstandardsupplementsIEC60079-0:1998,therequirementsofwhichapplytointrinsicallysafeapparatusandtoassociatedapparatusexceptasindicatedinthefollowinglist.IfassociatedapparatusisprotectedbyatypeofprotectionlistedinIEC60079-0thentherequirementsofthatmethodofprotectiontogetherwiththerelevantpartsofIEC60079-0alsoapplytotheassociatedapparatus.Thelistofexclusionswhichfollowsisdirectlyapplicabletoassociatedapparatusintendedforuseinsituationswherethereisnopotentiallyexplosiveatmosphereandinothercircumstancesshouldbeusedincombinationwiththerequirementsoftheothermethodsofprotection.1.2DVModificationoftable:Replaceclausereferences"23.4.7.1to23.4.7.7"with"23.4.7.1to23.4.7.5and23.4.7.7".1.3Thisstandardisapplicabletoelectricalapparatusinwhichtheelectricalcircuitsthemselvesareincapableofcausinganexplosioninthesurroundingexplosiveatmospheres.1.4ThisstandardisalsoapplicabletoelectricalapparatusorpartsofelectricalapparatuslocatedoutsidethepotentiallyexplosiveatmosphereorprotectedbyanothertypeofprotectionlistedinIEC60079-0,wheretheintrinsicsafetyoftheelectricalcircuitsinthepotentiallyexplosiveatmospheremaydependuponthedesignandconstructionofsuchelectricalapparatusorpartsofsuchelectricalapparatus.Theelectricalcircuitsexposedtothepotentiallyexplosiveatmosphereareevaluatedforuseinsuchanatmospherebyapplyingthisstandard.1.5DVAdditionof1.5DV:TheU.S.versionofIEC60079-11doesnotincluderequirementsforGroupIelectricalapparatus.1.6DVAdditionof1.6DV:WherereferencesaremadetootherIEC60079standards,thereferencedrequirementsfoundinthesestandardsshallapplyasmodifiedbyanyapplicableU.S.NationalDifferences.

【摘要】:Compressiontestsprovideinformationaboutthecompressivepropertiesofplasticlumberandshapeswhentheseproductsareusedunderconditionsapproximatingthoseunderwhichthetestsaremade.Inthecaseofsomematerials,therewillbeaspecificationthatrequirestheuseofthistestmethod,butwithsomeproceduralmodificationsthattakeprecedencewhenadheringtothespecification.Therefore,itisadvisabletorefertothatmaterialspecificationbeforeusingthistestmethod.Table1inClassificationD4000liststheASTMmaterialsstandardsthatcurrentlyexist.Compressivepropertiesincludemodulusofelasticity,secantmodulus,compressivestrength,andstressatagivenstrain.Inthecaseofamaterialthatfailsincompressionbyashatteringfracture,thecompressivestrengthhasaverydefinitevalue.Inthecaseofamaterialthatdoesnotfailincompressionbyashatteringfracturenorexhibitsacompressiveyieldpoint,thecompressivestrengthisanarbitraryonedependinguponthedegreeofdistortionthatisregardedasindicatingcompletefailure.Manyplasticlumbermaterialswillnotexhibitatrueyieldpoint.Compressivestrengthcanhavenorealmeaninginsuchcases.Forplasticlumber,thestressatagivenstrainof3%(0.03in./in.(mm/mm))istypicallyused.Compressiontestsprovideastandardmethodofobtainingdataforresearchanddevelopment,qualitycontrol,acceptanceorrejectionunderspecifications,andspecialpurposes.Thetestscannotbeconsideredsignificantforengineeringdesigninapplicationsdifferingwidelyfromtheload-timescaleofthestandardtest.Suchapplicationsrequireadditionaltestssuchasimpact,creep,andfatigue.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthemechanicalpropertiesofplasticlumberandshapes,whentheentirecross-sectionisloadedincompressionatrelativelylowuniformratesofstrainingorloading.Testspecimensinthex201C;as-manufacturedx201D;formareemployed.Assuch,thisisatestmethodforevaluatingthepropertiesofplasticlumberorshapesasaproductandnotamaterialpropertytestmethod.1.2Plasticlumberandplasticshapesarecurrentlymadepredominantlywithrecycledplastics.However,thistestmethodwouldalsobeapplicabletosimilarmanufacturedplasticproductsmadefromvirginresins,orwheretheproductisnon-homogenousinthecross-section.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;ThereisnoknownISOequivalenttothistestmethod.
